Carlos Murcia, our esteemed President and COO, established Murcia Group to honor his father’s memory. With a background as a construction and remodeling subcontractor, his commitment to excellence propels our company’s success. A graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Carlos’s vision shapes Murcia Group’s future.
Michael runs the daily operations of complex projects from ground up such as truck stops and warehouses. He has more than 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He oversees project managers, superintendents and has vast commercial construction experience in education K-12, banks, and fast food franchises. He works as a team with owners & Architects.
Bob comes to us with over 40 years of experience managing new and remodel construction activities of hotels, water parks, retail, grocery, fueling and c-store, big box, warehousing, light industrial and municipal infrastructure project. Bob has worked for owners, contractors (GC’s and design builders), Architects & Engineering firms providing a broad knowledge base within the construction industry.
Mario works as project manager, and he also seeks new business opportunities in our Latin America operations. He has a lot of experience in multi-country operations due to his more than 17 years of work as Supervisor, Field Manager, Service Delivery Manager in multinational companies like the Swedish Ericsson. He feels proud to be a Christian disciple of Jesus jointly with his family.
With more than 20 years of experience in big construction companies like TAS, Baker, Victor started his career from the basic construction level until becoming a Senior superintendent. Developing during the process some of the largest projects in the states of TX, NY, KS inclusive of schools, shopping centers, churches, buildings, etc.
Leslie Quintanilla,blends a detail-oriented mindset with strong technical skills and studies Architecture. With a background in customer service, management, sales, client relations, and graphic design, Leslie’s roles at Murcia Group International, LLC involved managing projects, handling government contracts, and ensuring operational efficiency. Their expertise spans permit acquisition, contract management, meticulous record-keeping, and portfolio graphic design, showcasing adaptability and dedication in various professional capacities.
Lorenzo Morin successfully led a hydraulic and sanitary installations company focusingon potable water and drainage systems, overseeing a team of 20. Morin pursued engineering studies at the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juarez. His educational background includes courses in PEC safe and H2S, OSHA construction safety and health, residential and commercial plumbing codes, and expertise in welding for hospital oxygen and nitrogen systems.
Matthew Kimmich is a Construction Engineering and Technology graduate from the University of North Texas. With adept prob- problem-solving and time management skills, Matthew managed multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. His diverse work experience includes roles such as Food Runner at Alamo Drafthouse and Server at Smoky Rose, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency. As an Administrator Assistant at Hartman Income Reit, he coordinated events and managed data.
Tony Karen, based in Leesburg, FL, brings extensive leadership, team-building, and project management experience in construction and renovations. Currently a Project Manager/Estimator at American Property Solutions, he excels in bids, budget management, contractor scheduling, and client interactions. Previously a Superintendent-Senior Project Manager at Bellavista Building Group, he successfully managed residential townhouses and assisted other superintendents. Tony has managed projects for DSW Homes and Top Notch Custom Homes as a business owner.
Wayne Davis, a collaborative contractor based in Odessa, TX, offers over 40 years of plumbing, mechanical, and utility construction expertise. As the Owner of W. D. Mechanical, he managed a team of 54 employees, overseeing safety and mechanical systems. His skills include team oversight, scheduling, and bidding processes. With a High School Diploma from Haltom High School and various certifications, including a licensed RMP and OSHA Trench safety certification, Wayne has successfully managed and completed 213 construction projects across multiple states.
